Located in a prime spot in Scarborough, this guest house is a hidden gem that offers great value for money. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the delightful host, Marianne, who made us feel immediately at home. the room we stayed in was modern, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the communal kitchen and lounge area added an extra touch of convenience and comfort. One of the standout features of this guest house is the exceptional level of service provided by Marianne. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the room rate of £85 for a family room was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the high standard of accommodation provided. The location of the guest house is ideal, within walking distance of both the town centre and the beach. This convenience made exploring Scarborough a breeze, and we were able to take advantage of the nearby cafe and pub for meals and entertainment. In terms of facilities, the room had everything we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. the shared kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals, and the option to bring food back to enjoy in the front room was a nice added touch. Overall, our experience at this guest house was nothing short of fantastic. the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and convenient location made for a truly enjoyable stay. Whether you're visiting Scarborough for leisure or business, I highly recommend considering this guest house as your accommodation choice. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Scarborough.
